The Heather Experience does not sell your personal information.

The Heather Experience uses Resend to deliver emails and, when you intentionally join certain lists, to store your email address as a subscriber.

The Car Ride Home is delivered as a transactional email and does not automatically add you to a marketing list.

The Home Team, a resource within The Heather Experience, offers conversational text support for parents and guardians of youth athletes.

If you choose to communicate with The Home Team by text message, we may collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send, and related messaging information in order to provide and improve the service.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.

The Home Team is an AI-powered educational parent-support resource and is not emergency or crisis care.

Contact form submissions may be processed and stored through Netlify, the hosting provider used by this website.

Information submitted through Media Day inquiries may also be transmitted through Resend so Heather can respond to you.

Digital products, including What Comes Home and The Home Team, are purchased through Squarespace.

Payment information is entered directly through Squarespace's checkout system. The Heather Experience website does not directly collect or store your credit or debit card information.

Squarespace may collect information according to its own privacy practices when you complete a purchase or use forms located on the Squarespace store.

The Heather Experience website does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral tracking tools, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tracking technologies.

If those practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested, maintain business records, communicate with you, or comply with legal obligations.

Third-party providers such as Netlify, Resend, and Squarespace may also retain information according to their own policies.

You may contact The Heather Experience to ask about personal information you have provided, request that it be corrected or deleted where applicable, or unsubscribe from marketing communications.
