An immersive, elite-level media experience built around athlete identity.
Cinematic portraits · Dynamic action photography · Team culture content · A day that changes how an athlete sees himself.
Charlie,
Thank you for taking the time to look at this. You and I both know Gamepoint is the standard for basketball in San Diego, and I know that you built that. Twenty years, thirty two teams, a track record of sending young men to programs most kids in this city only dream about. That does not happen by accident.
What I am bringing you is not just a media day. It is an immersive experience built around athlete identity. As you know, I have spent six years on the baseline, and what I watched over and over was a kid walk in with his head down and walk out taller, just from one moment that said: you matter, and I see you. That is my job. And when a kid believes in himself, he buys into the program around him. This is a team bonding day that shows up on the court.
It is also good for families. When parents see their son photographed like he matters, they do not forget that. Every kid feels seen, not just the ones headed to college. That builds the kind of reputation that keeps Gamepoint growing.
I would love to sit down over lunch and show you exactly what this looks like for your program. Let me know when works.

the standard in San Diego
is the experience.
This is not a media day where athletes show up, wait in line, and smile for a camera. Before any of that starts, something else happens first. Something that sets the tone for everything that follows.
Every athlete is welcomed into a fully produced environment. Branded lanyards. An intentional setup. The kind of arrival that tells a young man before anyone says a word: this day was built for you. Branded snacks, touchpoints throughout, and an atmosphere that signals from the first step through the door that this is different from anything they have walked into before.
Before the stations open, I gather the group. This is the moment that separates The Experience from every other media day in youth sports. These young men get spoken to, directly and with intention, from someone who genuinely believes in them. Not a hype speech. Not a pep talk. A real, grounded address that challenges them, sees them, and sends them into the day knowing that what they are doing matters and so do they. This is my gift and it is the foundation every station is built on. It is what The Heather Experience is really about.
By the time athletes rotate into their first station, something has already shifted. The walls are already coming down. The confidence is already moving. A kid who has just been told he matters, by someone who means it, carries himself differently in front of a camera. That energy is visible in every single image. And it is the difference between a photo that just looks good and a photo that actually feels like someone.
One unforgettable day.
Each station is its own world. Every athlete moves through all four. What they walk away with is not just content and a day they will never forget. It is more confidence than they had when they first walked in.
This is the portrait session. Cinematic. Editorial. Professional lighting, intentional direction, premium delivery. This is the photo that a parent sees and, for the first time, sees exactly who their son is becoming under the leadership of Gamepoint. A serious athlete. A young man worth investing in. These are the photos athletes use on signing day, on their social media after a big tournament weekend, in their recruitment profiles. Every athlete leaves this station with an image they are genuinely proud to share.
Action photography, but make it fun. This is where athletes get to move, get loose, and just go. Dribble, elevate, show out. Dynamic hero shots and dramatic lighting that capture how they actually play, but the vibe here is energy and confidence, not just posing. This is often the station where kids start to really feel themselves. By the time they leave this one, the whole room has leveled up.
Team photos, buddy shots, parents, coaches. The imagery that shows what kind of family someone is walking into before they ever visit the facility. These are the photos that go on the Gamepoint website. The photos that a family in a new city pulls up before they ever reach out. Group shots, candid moments, real togetherness. This is Gamepoint's culture made visible, and in this day and age, that visibility is one of the most powerful recruiting tools a program can have.
This is where the energy lives. Selected content creators, vetted and invited through The Heather Experience, are on the floor capturing the unscripted moments. The dunks, the laughs, the mic'd-up realness that you simply cannot manufacture. No direction, no poses. Just kids getting to go off and be themselves while our cameras are there to catch all of it in a relaxed, authentic, social-media-ready way.
"These kids need to believe in themselves before they will ever fully believe in a program. When an athlete knows his own worth, he does not just show up. He shows out. For himself, for his team, for the name on the front of his jersey. That belief is what I build. And it starts before the first photo is ever taken."

Confidence is a performance tool. Here is what Gamepoint will receive when athlete identity becomes a pillar of your program:
works.
The goal is simple: zero complexity on your end, a premium experience for your athletes and families, and a structure that works for everyone.
Gamepoint pays a single flat day rate that covers the full production: my team on the ground, all equipment, setup and breakdown, the address, all four stations, and everything that goes into making the day run. That is your one investment. Everything else is handled directly between my team and the families.
Every athlete's individual photos are delivered to a private online gallery. Families browse, choose their favorites, and order packages directly through the gallery. No forms for your staff to manage. No money collecting on your end. Just a professional, white-glove experience for the families, and a seamless day for you.
A custom day rate quote will be built around your team size, structure, and how you want to run it. That conversation is what the call or lunch is for.

Twenty years of building something real deserves content that looks like it. Gamepoint athletes are going to college. They are getting recruited. They are being seen. The Experience makes sure that when people look, what they find is worthy of everything you have built and matches the caliber of the athletes coming out of your club, so that families continue to choose Gamepoint for years to come.
I would love to get on a call or meet in person to go over how we can make this happen. I have availability to connect next week on Tuesday the 26th, Thursday the 28th, or Friday the 29th. Whatever works best for your schedule. I cannot wait to make this come to life, Charlie.
